  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks in pineapple juice (no need to drain)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 and 1/2 pounds cubed beef chuck stew meat
  • 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
