Sausage egg and cheese soufflé

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 slices white bread
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 c shredded cheese



Step 1

Crumble slightly brown sausage,drain. In bowl beat eggs, and milk, salt and mustard. Cube bread and add to eggs. Stir in cheese and sausage. Place mixture in casserole dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 45 min. At 350 let stand and serve.
