Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground chicken
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 chopped jalapenos (optional)
- 2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes (fire roasted or whatever you like)
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 3 Tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 cup Pace Hot chunky salsa or your favorite
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp. oregano
- chopped fresh cilantro (1/4 bunch)

Preparation
Step 1
Cook meats with onion, garlic and jalapenos until done. Drain off fat.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, chili powder, salsa and salt.
Simmer 1-2 hours.
Add oregano and cilantro.
Simmer for another hour.
Add canned beans if you wish.
