Ingredients
- 2 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp fresh basil leaves, shredded
- 100 g Philadelphia Light
- 6 pancetta, slices

Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 350F. Mix together the Philly and shredded basil.
Place the chicken on a chopping board breast side down. Open out the fillet and spread a quarter of the Philly over each chicken breast. Fold the fillet back over and wrap each with 3 pancetta slices
Pop into a non-stick baking dish and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the pancetta is golden and the chicken cooked through.
Serve simply with fresh seasonal vegetables.
