Ingredients
- 1 12 oz. salmon, cut into long strings- one for each person you're serving
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon warm water
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar (can also use lemon juice)
- 1/2 lemon cut into thin wedges
- salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper

Step 1
Sprinkle the salmon with salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper to taste and set aside. The surface should not be completely covered in seasoning. Mix honey, water, vinegar (or lemon juice) and pinch of salt. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and pan-fry the salmon until it's cooked about halfway through. Stir in garlic and heat until the garlic is browned, then add the honey mixture and lemon wedges to the skillet.
Cook unitl the ingredients form a sticky sauce over the salmon.
