Rosemary Mushroom Soup

  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 tsp. minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 T minced chives


Servings 3


Step 1

In a sauce pan, saute mushrooms and garlic in butter. Stir in soup, cream, rosemary, paprika. Heat but do not boil.

Sprinkle with chives.
