Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. olive oil
- 3 slivered fresh sage leaves
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup drained cannellini beans
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a small nonstick skillet, heat 1/2 tsp olive oil. Add 6 garlic cloves thinly sliced. Cook a few minutes, remove from heat. Add 3 slivered fresh sage leaves and cook on moderate heat for 1 minute. Add 1/2 c. drained white beans. Add salt and pepper. Add garlic and toss.
