Tuscan Beans

A delicious meal or side dish and super healthy as well.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. olive oil
  • 3 slivered fresh sage leaves
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup drained cannellini beans
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a small nonstick skillet, heat 1/2 tsp olive oil. Add 6 garlic cloves thinly sliced. Cook a few minutes, remove from heat. Add 3 slivered fresh sage leaves and cook on moderate heat for 1 minute. Add 1/2 c. drained white beans. Add salt and pepper. Add garlic and toss.
