Ingredients
- Classic Sour Cream:
- 3/4 cup buttermilk/sour milk
- 1/3 cup butter
- Plain Sour Cream:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- Healthy Sour Cream:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp. Lemon juice / vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Classic Sour Cream:
Whisk up the two ingredients in a bowl.
Plain Sour Cream:
Melt the butter in a pan or microwave and let it cool to room temperature before blending it with the yogurt. Refrigerate the sour cream for an hour before use.
Healthy Sour Cream:
Blend the cottage cheese and lemon/vinegar until smooth.
