You'll go bananas over our Banana Joy! It's a simple, healthy dessert that's packed with lots of flavor and that all-important potassium that bananas boast as well.
Ingredients
- 1 (6-ounce) container reduced-fat banana-flavored yogurt
- 1 large banana, peeled, sliced
- 1 cup fat-free whipped topping, thawed
- Ground nutmeg for sprinkling

Preparation
Step 1
1.In a medium bowl, combine yogurt and banana. Fold in whipped topping.
2.Divide evenly between 4 dessert dishes; refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
