Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup white rice per pound of beef
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Ragu sauce (large bottle)
  • 6-8 green peppers

Preparation

Step 1

Prep the peppers. In bowl mix meat, rice, salt and pepper, a little rage sauce. Stuff peppers. Cover peppers in deep dish with sauce mixed with a bit of water. Cover. Cook at 350 for 3 hours.
