Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tb. cold water
- 4 cups pecan
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 t. cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add pecans and mix, coating well.
Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Add the nuts and stir, coating well.
Spread on buttered cookie sheet.
Bake at 225 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir often while baking.
