Nutty Yam Bake

Ingredients

• 3 large sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and mashed
• OR
• 1 29oz can sweet potatoes
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 t. cinnamon
• 1/4 t. nutmeg
• 1/4 cup margarine
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs, beaten
• dash salt
• Topping
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup margarine, softened
• 1/2 t. cinnamon
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the first nine ingredients and put into greased 2 quart casserole.
Mix the topping ingredients and spread on top of the potato mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
