Ingredients
- 4 C elbow macaroni, cooked
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 C sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 can evaproated milk
- 2 % milk

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except 2% milk and 1 and 1/2 cups of cheese. Pour into a greased casserole and add enough milk so liquid just covers the macaroni. Bake at 350 degrees until set in the center. Remove from oven, top with reserved cheese and return to oven just long enough for cheese to melt. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
