Martha Washingtons

Ingredients

  • 1 stick of butter or margarine
  • 1/2 can condensed milk
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/4 lb paraffin
  • 6 oz bag Tollhouse chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter, milk, sugar, pecans and coconut and roll in balls. While you melt the paraffin and chips place balls in freezer. Microwave paraffin for approx 5 minutes (until melted). Throw in chips and microwave 1 more minute (until melted). Mix paraffin and chips throughly. Stick a toothpick in each ball and dip in chocolate and place on wax paper to cool.
