Chunky Parsley Chummus

Ingredients

  • 14 oz can chickpeas
  • 1 handful parsley leaves
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 3 Tbs lemon juice
  • 4 Tbs water
  • 4 Tbs tehina paste
  • 2 Tbs olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Drain and rinse chickpeas. Set aside some for garnish. In a food processor,process peas,parsley,garlic,salt and cumin. Blend until chunky. Stir in lemon juice,water,tehina paste and olive oil. Garnish with chickpeas and olive oil.
If you like it thicker add less water.
creamier,blend for a longer time.
