Rye Cheese Crisps

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • Mini rye bread loaf, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl, combine first four ingredients. Spread on bread slices. Broil 4” from heat until golden brown and bubbly (about 1-2 minutes). Garnish with parsley or green olives if desired. Serve hot.
