Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Cooking spray
- Kosher Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Spray a microwave safe plate with cooking spray. On the plate, place 4 mounds of 1 ½ Tbsp. of cheese each. Flatten each mound down with tips of fingers. Microwave on high for about 4 minutes or until crisps are golden and melted. Be careful, plate will be VERY hot! Sprinkle with just a dash of salt and enjoy!
