Ingredients
- Muffins:
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 3 oz package cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup flour
- dash of salt
- Filling:
- 1 egg
- 1 T oleo
- 1 c light brown sugar packed
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Muffins: Mix well and place teaspoon full in mini-muffin tin. Shape into small pie crust
Filling: place and fill in each pie crust
Bake 30 minutes @ 325
