STUFFED PORK CHOPS

Ingredients
- 4 Pork Chops 3/4 inch thick.
- 1 box Stove Top Stuffing, prepare as per directions on box then cool.
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 pinches sage
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Step 1
Put pork chops in a 9 X 13 baking pan, add sour cream and mushroom soup to stuffing mix, add sage, salt and pepper. Put stuffing on top of pork chops or slice a pocket in the pork chop and put stuffing inside the pocket.
Bake in oven at 350 deg. for 1 hour.
