Baked Triple Veggie Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can asparagus spears, chopped
  • 1 10 ounce pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 8.5 ounce can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together, reserving ¼ cup of cheese. Spoon into 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 35 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
