lamb chop marinade

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 6 lamb loin c hops (1 1/2 inches thick), well trimmed, with
  • tails left on
  • Marinate covered appx 2 hours in fridge

Preparation
