Parmesan Pork Chops

  • 1/4 cup Bisquick
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 c dry bread crumbs
  • 2 t minced fresh rosemary
  • 4 boneless pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick, 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Step 1

1. Place bisquick and egg in seperate shallow bowls. In another shallow bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and rosemary. Coat pork chops with bisquick, dip in egg then coat with parmesan mixture.
2. In large skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in oil. Cook uncoverd over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once.
