Ingredients

  • 1 CUP OLIVE OIL
  • 1/2 CUP SOY SAUCE
  • 1/4 CUP WINE VINEGAR
  • JUICE OF 1 LEMON
  • 2 TSP GREY POUPON MUSTARD OR RASPBERRY HONEY MUSTARD
  • 3 CRUSHED GARLIC
  • FRESH PARSLEY
  • DASH OF SALT AND PEPPER
  • 1 - 2 TSP OREGANO
  • DASH OF WORSHESHIRE SAUCE

Preparation

Step 1

BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER.

MARINADE 2 PORK TENDERLOINS FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.

REMOVE TENDERLOINS OUT OF MARINADE.

PUT MARINADE IN SAUCEPAN AND BRING TO A SLIGHT BOIL THEN TURN DOWN TO SIMMER.

GRILL TENDERLOINS TURNING SEVERAL TIMES UNTIL DONE. DURING EACH TURN DRIZZLE SOME OF THE MARINADE OVER THEM.

WHEN DONE PUT TENDERLOINS ON A PLATE AND IMMEDIATELY COVER WITH FOIL AND LET SIT FOR 7-8 MINUTES (this helps to seal in all the juices).
