Ingredients
- 1 frozen loaf bread
- 8 oz mozzarella or provolone (grated)
- 1 t parsley
- 1/4 lb pepperoni, thinkly sliced
- 1 egg
- 1 t oregano
- 1/4 parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
Defrost bread. Mix eggs, parsley and oregano. Roll dough flat and thin.
Baste dough with egg mixture.
Place layer of pepperoni and then a layer of parmesan and then a layer of grated mozzarella. Sprinkle with parmesan. Roll like jelly roll tucking in sides. Press seam and seal well. baste top with remaining egg mixtures.
Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes
