Ingredients
- 1 - 7 oz. pkg. vermicelli
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 can consomme
- 1 can water
- diced onion
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- Add: Garlic powder & pepper to taste.

Preparation
Step 1
Melt margarine and brown vermicelli. Add soup & water, reduce heat, and cook about 10 minutes. Add onion + mushroom and simmer till liquid is cooked off.
If liquid cooks off too fast and dinner is not ready, add more water.
