Ingredients

  • 2

    cups fresh sweet peppers chopped

  • 4

    cups mushrooms sliced

  • 3

    cups rice 1/4 cup oil

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 2

    cups chicken broth

  • 4

    cups water

Directions

large frying pan heat oil add peppers and mushrooms three minutes then add rice until lightly brown add broth and water boil and turn down put lid on turn down on low cook for about 15 minutes are till rice is done
