PORK CHOPS (Anna's recipe)

Note: If desired you can substitute pork chops for chicken breasts
Ingredients
- 4-6 Pork chops
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 4 tsp. paprika
- 3 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- Juice from one lemon
- (Chicken substituted for pork chops)
- 2 - 3 chicken breasts
- 3 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup chicken stock

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 deg.
Dredge mixture:
In a zip-lock bag add 1 cup of flour, 4 tsp. paprika, 3 tsp.salt,& 1/2 tsp. black pepper. Place pork chops in bag and dredge all pork chops.
Melt butter and add pork chops and brown both sides. Remove pork chops to a baking dish. Add onions to skillet with butter and saute' until tender.
Sauce:
In another pan Stir in 1/2 cup flour, blend in milk with whisk. Whisk until thickened 2 - 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
Pour sauce over chops and bake uncovered in oven at 350 deg. for 1 hour.
NOTE: If you use chicken breasts instead of pork chops.

1 tsp. paprika
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup milk
1 cup chicken stock
