Ingredients
- 3 * 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, rinsed and flattened
- 1 * 1 cup canola oil
- 1 * 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 * 1 cup soy sauce
- 2/3 * 2/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 4 * 4 tablespoons dry mustard
- 3 * 3 tablespoons dried parsley
- 2 * 2 tablespoons ground pepper
- 6 * 6 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients for marinade.
Marinate chicken overnight.
Grill as you usually would--7-8 minutes a side seems right.
