Onion-Roasted Potatoes

My family loves these potatoes, especially baked extra crispy.

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 4 medium all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks (about 2 lbs.)
  • 1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In 13x9-inch baking or roasting pan, combine all ingredients.

2. Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, 40 mins. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
