Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs. Cod Fish
  • 1 Cup Hot Pepper Rings
  • 12 Lemons (Juice from them)
  • 8 Gloves of Garlic cut in half with toothpick
  • 1/4 Cup Mazola or Canola Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp. Hot Pepper Flakes

Preparation

Step 1

1) Soak Cod Fish for 36 hours in refrigerator. Changing water every 9-12 hours.

2) Boil Cod Fish according to directions on package.

3) Drain, cover, and let them cool completely.

4) Add remaining ingredients and marinate at room temperature throughout the day, stirring occasionaly with a spatula.

5) Refrigerate before bed.
