Ingredients
- 7 C. chopped, peeled potatoes
- 1 C. chopped onions
- 1 C. grated carrots
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 T. parsley flakes
- 8 chicken bouillon cubes
- 6 C. milk
- 3/4 cube butter
- 3/4 C. flour

Preparation
Step 1
Put vegetables in large pot and cover with water just over top of vegetables. Add bouillon, salt, pepper and parsley. Boil till vegetables are just soft. Meanwhile, heat milk till scalding. Take 1 1/2 C. hot milk and mix with butter and flour till smooth. Add remainder of hot milk to vegetables and add flour mixture last. Let thicken 5-10 minutes and serve.
