Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2/3 cups chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup powder sugar
- 1 large cool whip
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cups milk
- 2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- Chocolate shavings
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, pecans, butter. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Cool
Beat cream cheese and add powder sugar and 1/2 of the cool whip and vanilla. Spread on cooled crust.
Mix togethr milk and chocolate pudding. Pour over cream cheese layer. Top with rest of cool whip. Cover with chocolate shavings. Chill.
Lemon version: Use 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding and add a little lemon juice.
