Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 Med onion, chopped (1/2 c)
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 Tbsp Chili powder
- 3/4 Tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 1/4 Tsp pepper
- 1 Can Kidney Beans

Step 1
Cook beef, onion and garlic on medium heat until brown, drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Stir in beans. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 10 min., stirring occasionally, until desired thickness.
