Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- 4-5 pork Chops
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 2 T. butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 C. chopped onion
- 1 T. parsley flakes
- 2 t. beef bouillon
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1/2 t. marjoram
- 1/4 t. thyme
- 1 C. sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Brown chops in butter and place in crock pot. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over top. Cook on high 4 hours or low 6-8 hours. During last 1/2 hour, mix in sour cream and heat through. Serve with noodles or rice.
