Ingredients
- 4 oz pecan halves
- 24 unwrapped caramels
- 1 teaspoon shorting
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven 300*
cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil shiny side up
lightly grease with no stick
place 3 pecan halves in a y shape on the foil
place 1 caramel in the middle of Y
Bake until caramel is melted about 9 to 10 minutes
heat shorting and chocolate chips
over low heat until chocolate melts
spread over candies
refrigerate 30 minutes
