Saucy Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 C water chestnuts, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 T horseradish
- 1/2 C orange marmalade
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 T flour
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 C ketchup
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1/4 C water

Preparation
Step 1
Combine 1st 4 ingredients and form into 1 inch balls; place in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve in chaffing dish or fondue pot.
