Saucy Meatballs

A recipe Mom used to serve at her great parties, these meatballs are full of flavor.

Ingredients

• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1/2 C water chestnuts, chopped
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 T horseradish
• 1/2 C orange marmalade
• 1/8 tsp garlic powder
• 1 1/2 T flour
• 2 T soy sauce
• 1 T lemon juice
• 1 C ketchup
• 1/2 tsp ginger
• 2 T brown sugar
• 1/4 C water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 1st 4 ingredients and form into 1 inch balls; place in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve in chaffing dish or fondue pot.
