Classic New York Cheesecake - altered

I made this for Easter with caramel sauce topping and Cadbury mini eggs.

Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 3 (8 ounce) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Crust: MIX crumbs, sugar, and butter; press onto bottom of 9-in. springform pan. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes if using a silver springform pan. (Bake at 300 for 10 minutes if using a dark nonstick springform pan.).
Filling: MIX cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Blend in sour cream.
Add eggs, mixing on low speed just until well blended.
Pour over crust.
BAKE at 350 for 45 - 55 minutes or until center is almost set.
Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
