Banana Punch


Sweet and fruity, great for a summer party.

  • 5 bananas, mashed
  • 12 oz frozen orange concentrate
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 46 oz pineapple juice, unsweetened
  • 4 C sugar
  • 8 C water
  • Ginger Ale



Step 1

Bring sugar and water to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 monutes; cool.
Add other ingredients, except Ginger Ale, and freeze in quart containers.

Remove from freezer about 2 hours before serving. Put equal parts of Ginger Ale and frozen mixture in a punch bowl; garnish with cherries.
