Onion Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Golden Onion Soup mix
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 4 pork chops, 1 inch thick
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 2 T butter or margarine, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375.
Combine soup mix and bread crumbs.
Dip chops in egg, then bread crumb mixture, until coated.
In slightly greased 9x13 baking pan, arrange chops.
Drizzle with butter.
Bake uncovered, turning once for 30 minutes or until done.
