Luscious Lemon Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 1 1/2 sticks margarine
• 2 8-oz. packages cream cheese (softened)
• 2 c. confectioners' sugar
• 4 c. whipped topping
• 3 boxes (4-serving size) instant lemon pudding
• 5 c. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Crumble flour and margarine together. Press in bottom of 9x13x2 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees; let cool.

Cream confectioners' sugar and cream cheese; add 2 c. whipped topping and whip together; spread on cooled crust.

Mix 3 boxes of lemon instant pudding with the milk (do not follow directions on pudding boxes). Pour over the sugar and cream cheese layer. Top with the other 2 c. whipped topping.

Chill thoroughly before serving.

Serves 12 to 18.
