Spaghetti Corn

This side dish combines your starch and veggie in one dish

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup spaghetti broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, diced (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in 2qt. casserole dish.

Bake, covered, at 350 for 30 mins. Uncover, stir and bake another 30 mins.
