Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 heaping Tbsp cocoa
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3-1/3 cup water (Aprrox)
  • 2 cans biscuits
  • 1 tsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, cocoa, sugar. Mix evap. milk and water. Slowly add the wet to the dry on medium heat, stirring vigoriously.
