Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp. Italian seaoning
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. shredded mozzerella
  • 1/2 c. diced pepperoni
  • 1/4 c. grated parmesan
  • 1/4 c. fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) package crescent rolls
  • 1 (14 oz) jar pizza or spaghetti sauce, warmed

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a small bowl combine ricotta, Italian seasoning, and salt. Stir in mozzerella, pepperoni, parmesan cheese, mushrooms, peppers and onion.
2. Seperate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles. Spread cheese mixture over each rectangle to within 1/4" of the edge. Roll, jelly-roll style, starting with short edge. Pinch seams to seal. CUt each into 4 slices. Place cut side down on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve wam with pizza sauce.
