Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 2 T sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 T milk
- 3 cups pecans halves

Step 1
Beat egg whites in a bowl with mixer until fluffy. Gradually add sugar and salt and beat until stiff peaks form. Stir in milk and pecans and toss to mix well. Spread in a single layer in a greased pan. Toast at 250 degrees for one hour, stirring once after 30 minutes and 2 more times. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
