Ingredients
- 8 oz mostaccioli pasta
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 t ground black pepper
- 1 t italian seasoning
- 1 (28 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (11 oz) can cheddar cheese soup
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain off fat.
Add seasonings to meat.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and soup.
Combine pasta, sauce mixture, and 1 cup mozzarella in baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake, covered, 40 min.
