Great appetizer from a favorite restaurant in my hometown. Definitely not for the calorie-conscious!

Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked and chopped
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 pint Kraft mayo
- 1 pint sour cream
- Tabasco, to taste

Servings 4
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and add sour cream until desired consistency (up to 1 pint). Chill and serve with Captain's Wafers.
