Ingredients
- 1 T lemon juice
- 4 Royal Gala apples, peeled, large dice
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 2 T butter
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 T water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Sprinkle apples with lemon juice. Melt butter and brown sugar in a skillet over medium heat, cook 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally . Add apples and cook until tender. Whisk cornstarch and water together, pour over apples and cook until thickened. Remove from hear and stir in vanilla.
