  • 3/8 cup bulghur in cool water
  • 1 bunch parsely, chopped fine
  • 1 bell peppers, chopped fine
  • 1 tomatoes, chopped fine
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • some mint crushed or fresh
  • oil
  • lemon/salt

Drain bulghur and mix all ingredients together.
