Chicken Quesadilla Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cream cheese softened
  • 1 pkg. Purdue Southwest Chicken Strips (in fridge section)
  • 1 can green chiles
  • 1/4 c. taco seasoning (less than 1 packet)
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheddar (I used more)
  • 1 Tbsp. sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, green chiles (with juice) and taco seasoning. Cut up the chicken and add to mixture. Add the shredded cheddar and mix.

Bake 30 min at 350 degrees or until thoroughly heated. Add more shredded cheddar to top and bake until golden brown.
