Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 2-pound package frozen hash browns, defrosted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated (I use the "Cracker Barrell" brand)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup melted margarine/butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Step 1
Mix well in large bowl, put in greased 9x13" pan. Mix 1 ½ cups crushed corn flakes with 1/4 cup melted margarine/butter, spread on top. Bake 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
